Processing Time
All orders are processed Tuesday–Friday within 1–7 business days (excluding holidays). Orders placed outside of business days will begin processing on the next business day.
Standard Shipping (Ground)
Once shipped, Standard/Ground delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
Total estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days processing + 5–7 business days shipping.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Lips & Drips is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please email info@lipsanddripsllc.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
